Silvia Caraballo, Project Manager at Instrategies participated in a workshop on labour mobility pathways held in Madrid, the 3rd April. The session, which is part of the EU-funded STEP “Skills, Talent and Employment Pathways”, brought together regional governments, employers, and NGOs to co-design pathways for people in need of international protection access the labour market in Spain.
