Gemma Pinyol-Jiménez, Head of Migration Policies at Instrategies, participated in the conference “Decentralisation and Multilevel Governance of Immigration and Asylum: Challenges, Limits and Comparative Experiences”, held at the Faculty of Law of the University of Barcelona as part of the DIAPS project (Decentralising Immigration and Asylum Policy in Spain: Legal, Practical and Comparative Perspectives). The project examines the decentralisation of immigration and asylum powers within Spain’s system of autonomous communities and from a comparative perspective.
